We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance in painting, drywall, electrical, masonry, and plumbing areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct routine inspections of facilities. * Repair malfunctions in basic electrical, plumbing, and masonry systems. * Monitor and follow up on the facility’s preventive maintenance program. * Respond immediately to failure reports. * Maintain inventory of tools and supplies. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** Medium-level electricity, painting, welding, masonry. * **Education:** Technical high school diploma or incomplete/completed technical degree.
