Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with laboratory experience to lead technical staff and ensure regulatory compliance in chromatographic analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of laboratory technical staff. 2. Expert knowledge of Liquid Chromatography and ISO/IEC 17025. 3. Strong ethics, teamwork, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years managing technical staff. **Skills:** Knowledge of Liquid Chromatography; familiarity with the Official Standard for Internal Control Laboratories; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience operating laboratory instrumentation and specialized software (chromatography and spectrophotometry); mastery of ISO/IEC 17025. **Personality:** High ethical standards, strong teamwork orientation, methodical, strategic, organized, skilled in personnel management and resource administration. Experience in accreditations with SADER and COFEPRIS is preferred.
