You will leverage your expertise in supplier quality engineering to ensure production consistency with our partner’s quality production outcomes. As a dedicated quality professional, you will also be responsible for resolving quality issues, investigating root causes, and providing additional technical expertise to our partners and their suppliers. This is a hands-on role that enables you to work with the world’s top electronics product brands and gain exposure to international best practices in quality manufacturing. Experience in mechanical or electromechanical components is preferred for this position. **Responsibilities** Your primary role is to lead and execute sustained supplier quality engineering activities so that the supplier’s production quality standards align with OEM requirements. Leveraging your solid knowledge of quality engineering tools, some of your responsibilities include: ● Supplier development, auditing, training, and evaluation. ● Implementation of the Quality Management System. ● Process and internal auditing. ● Performance improvement. ● Incoming and in-process quality management. ● Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis and process improvements. ● Corrective actions and problem resolution. ● Process validation and qualification. ● New Product Introduction (NPI) and ramp-up activities. ● Leading quality improvement initiatives with quality teams. **Candidate Requirements** ● Tertiary qualifications in mechatronics or mechanical engineering. ● Any experience in packaging, metal, or plastic processes is an advantage. ● Team leadership skills and ability to collaborate with mid- and senior-level management. ● Strong knowledge of quality management tools and demonstrated practical application excellence. ● In-depth understanding of NPI processes. ● Advanced problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work independently. ● Professional-level English.
