




Job Summary: Ensures compliance with quality standards during production by identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Audits conditions and finish of extruded profiles according to specifications. 2. Monitors non-conforming products in extrusion, heat treatment, and packaging. 3. Inspects test samples of new dies. **Quality Auditor** **Job Objective** Ensures compliance with standards throughout the production process and in the quality of manufactured materials. Documents any process deviations, issues non-conformity reports, and supports the development and follow-up of corrective action plans. Ensures that extrusion, heat treatment, and packaging of unfinished material meet specified process parameters, technical specifications, and required quality standards. Identifies and documents any deviations from the quality management system and non-conformities to prevent unintentional use of non-conforming products. Applies control plans, FMEAs, APQP, and advises on corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products and processes. **How Would You Add Value to the Team?** Audits process conditions (temperatures, times, and all other factors affecting the process).B34:M42 Audits the finish of extruded profiles, ensuring that conditions and materials conform to required technical and quality specifications. Conducts dimensional audits to verify that extruded profiles comply with specifications indicated in inspection drawings. Audits heat-treated products to ensure compliance with established specifications. Audits packaged unfinished products to ensure compliance with applicable packaging standards. Performs inspection of test samples from new dies. Tracks non-conforming products and processes in extrusion, heat treatment, and packaging of unfinished material. Operates, maintains, and safeguards inspection and testing equipment when in use. Notifies and requests process stoppage when technical or quality specifications are not met; or requests die removal until conditions are corrected. **What Do You Need?** Education: Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 6 months as a quality auditor/inspector. Specific Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, use of measurement equipment. **What Do We Offer?** Salary commensurate with experience.
