Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.**Job Description:****Production Operator****Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world*** As a Production Operator (Job Grade P04 Step 1), you will play a key role in executing procedures, instructions, and work regulations established by your department, as well as ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies within the Detail area at the Aero Technologies de Baja plant located in Ensenada, Baja California. **The impact you will have in this role*** Ensure personal safety and the safety of other colleagues. * Ensure quality in your own operation and in the production line you support. * Comply with various standards and procedures applicable to your work area. * Motivate the achievement of productive goals for the production line you support. * Prioritize manufacturing activities. * Responsible for performing assembly operations (one or several of the following: detailing, respirators, initial sorting, sealing, pressing, rework) in the manufacturing of insulating blankets across production lines. * Complete production reports and carefully hand off work to the next manufacturing operation. * Perform tasks according to work instructions, taking into account safety and quality measures in the production process.
