**OBJECTIVE:** To effectively work full-time as tactical and operational support to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, and Quotations—and their respective processes—to meet internal customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner, while complying with company policies. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support for Sales, Quotation, Finance, and Supply Chain transactions. The employee will develop or rotate—as needed—across various processes; the company will provide corresponding necessary training. * Process invoices through to payment completion. Support daily billing functions. * Assist in accounts payable activities, including invoice receipt, processing, verification, reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounting entries, overdue receivables on the balance sheet, discrepancy resolution, responding to inquiries, and handling invoices for which payment is not applicable. * Address payment requests and portal support. * Support the logistics process through to customer delivery—order entry, order tracking, expediting, delivery timing management, inventory reporting, consignment replenishment, labor/vending billing, exception handling, and problem resolution per requirements. * Prepare quotations for CSR and Sales teams per internal policies. Ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness in pre- and post-sales processes. * Process part activation in the correct warehouse and customer catalog, per internal policy. * Update price changes in the system. Prepare and maintain customer-specific price books and costing models in VallenIQ and SXe. * Analyze and prepare historical customer models, forecasts, and trends for product planning and procurement. * Manage inventory (levels and aging). * Collect information related to processes and ensure data quality and statistical analysis accuracy. * Identify improvements and optimizations—determine root causes, recommend and implement solutions, and establish/update best practices. * Create, generate, and track reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other records. * Monitor and ensure compliance with defined KPIs per process. * Promptly alert stakeholders to deviations and/or potential risks. * Handle complaints, unsatisfactory service, and establish action plans. * Maintain data integrity and consistency. * Tasks are routine, repetitive, and manual in nature, with minimal complexity or variation. * Support special projects and other required support activities aligned with the role/department and COE operations. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures. * Know and comply with departmental procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EXPERIENCE:**No prior experience required, but professional internships are preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience is a plus—in customer service, supply chain, accounting, pricing, or information handling. **KNOWLEDGE:**Basic and preferred knowledge in customer service, supply chain, accounting/administration, pricing, and information handling. **EDUCATION:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree/Engineering program **LANGUAGES:**Advanced English
