As part of our growth and operational strengthening, we are seeking to integrate an **Irrigation Supervisor** into our team. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of irrigation systems, guaranteeing efficient water distribution according to the agronomic requirements of crops, conserving water resources, and optimizing agricultural productivity. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the startup, operation, and shutdown of pumps, valves, and irrigation networks. * Supervise the irrigation crew and ensure correct irrigation application. * Maintain records of irrigation shifts, water consumption, flow rates, pressure, and soil moisture. * Verify that irrigation is carried out in appropriate quantities and at suitable times according to crop type and growth stage. * Conserve and optimize water usage for efficient and sustainable operations. **We are looking for someone with:** * Experience in agricultural irrigation systems * Knowledge of water management and equipment operation * A focus on efficiency and water resource conservation **Work Location:** La Peña, Jalisco.
