* You must have at least 1–2 years of sales or recruiting experience in any field. This is non\-negotiable. We will train you in legal recruiting, but we expect you to be familiar with all other aspects of sales and recruiting, such as sourcing, screening, follow\-ups, and pipeline discipline.
* You must be based in one of the following countries : Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, or Ecuador.
* You must be able to work entirely in English, at a C1–C2 level, with clear spoken English and be a good communicator.
* Experience working with remote teams. You’ll be working directly on live searches, speaking with candidates, learning how law firms actually hire, managing pipelines, and partnering closely with senior recruiters. All of this happens 24/7 as we are located all over the world. This is a production role, not an admin role, and communication is key to keeping things moving forward.
Because honesty is the best policy, here are a few things we need to be up front about:
* Shortlisted candidates will complete a screening test and then enter a training bootcamp focused entirely on legal recruiting and the legal hiring market. The bootcamp lasts about one month (sometimes longer, depends on you) and is intentionally intense. Passing is not a guarantee, but we'll give you all the tools to make sure you have the best chance.
* Candidates who successfully complete the bootcamp will receive a USD 1,000 bonus.
Compensation is straightforward: USD 1,000 base salary per month plus very generous commissions. Strong performers can earn compensation on par with U.S. corporate roles (USD 100k\+ over time), but only if they actually perform.Culturally, we work hard and move fast.
