




**Human Resources Officer** **Department:** Human Resources **Reports to:** General Management **Location:** Col. Reforma, Monterrey N.L. **Position type:** Full-time **Position objective** Provide comprehensive support to human resources processes, ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and internal procedures. Contribute to the development, well-being, and administrative management of personnel to guarantee an optimal work environment and proper operational functioning. **Main functions and responsibilities** **Recruitment and Selection** * Posting job openings on portals and social networks. * Initial candidate screening and interviews. * Coordinating interviews with area leaders. * Tracking candidates and hiring processes. **Personnel Administration** * Registering hires, terminations, and changes with IMSS. * Managing physical personnel files. * Preparing and tracking employment contracts, resignations, and administrative records. * Managing attendance records, absences, permissions, and vacations. * Managing uniforms, work equipment, and identification badges. **Payroll (Support)** * Reviewing and entering attendance incidents for payroll processing. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and benefits. **Labor Relations** * Assisting in resolving labor conflicts. * Monitoring workplace climate and conducting satisfaction surveys. * Implementing disciplinary actions according to internal guidelines. * Handling termination of employment contracts through Conciliation and Arbitration. **Other** * Preparing HR reports. * Participating in internal events, team integration activities, campaigns, and organizational communication. * Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and current labor regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and best HR practices. * Intermediate level in Excel and recruitment platforms. * Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. * Experience with Contpaq i Nominas system.
