Responsibilities \- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities \- Manage the team of mechanics by assigning tasks and ensuring work quality \- Develop and monitor maintenance budgets \- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations \- Analyze data and propose improvements and cost savings in maintenance processes \- Respond to emergencies and contingencies related to the fleet Requirements \- Mechanical or Diesel Mechanical Engineering degree \- Knowledge of LIS system \- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience \- Extensive knowledge in general mechanics, diesel engines, electrical and electronic systems \- Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills \- Ability to generate performance indicators (KPIs) \- Proficiency with computer tools \- Availability to work under pressure \- Valid driver's license Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $35,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms Work schedule: * 8-hour shift Workplace: On-site position
