Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS procedures, and internal policies, contributing proactivity and operational momentum to the team. ACTIVITIES: * Conduct competency-based interviews with preselected candidates. * Apply preliminary screening filters to validate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. * Document interview results and forward approved candidates to the direct supervisor. * Follow up with candidates throughout the internal hiring process. * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS through IDSE and corresponding tools. * Compile, update, and securely maintain personnel files according to internal requirements. * Prepare and coordinate the signing of contracts, renewals, and administrative documents. * Review onboarding documentation, requirement fulfillment, and validity controls. * Assist in basic calculation or review of SBC, affiliation movements, and administrative reports. * Support training logistics: invitations, attendance tracking, evidence collection, materials, and follow-up. * Record course information, evaluations, and compliance in the corresponding system or database. * Participate in the implementation of internal programs related to work environment, culture, or communication. * Prepare basic training reports and track area KPIs.
