




Job Summary: Provides technical assistance to hydrocarbon transportation operators, managing incidents and safeguarding units through route monitoring and tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical assistance and incident management for operators. 2. Monitoring of units and verification of routes. 3. Ensuring security and safeguarding units. We are Transporte y Servicios STN, a national-level company engaged in hydrocarbon transportation and marketing. Position: Monitoring Assistant Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to operators during operations; monitor and record general operator incidents to ensure and safeguard units. Supervise activities performed by the monitoring assistant. * Ensure the security of company units. * Verify that units are on their scheduled routes according to the trip schedule. * Update base reports on loading, unloading, and unit movement hourly. * Verify GPS functionality; if malfunctioning, generate a report to the provider. * Report to management any units failing to depart from the yard per the scheduled departure plan. * Assist operators with questions or concerns encountered en route. * Communicate incidents and highway weather forecasts to operators via WhatsApp. * Prepare daily inventory reports of units at the yard. * Prepare daily reports on cargo idle time at Pemex facilities. * Activate and follow the established protocol for accident and/or theft response. * Verify completed trips (operator performance). * Monitor operator speeding violations. * Assist the documentation operator for units. * Report Pemex and national trip history. * Comply with company-established safety guidelines. * Comply with the Quality Policy.
