Your main responsibilities: Operation and monitoring of twin-screw or single-screw extrusion machinery. Adjustment of technical parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) to guarantee product quality. Strict compliance with Food Safety and Food-Grade standards (GMPs). Basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment. Recording of production logs and waste control. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Experience: Minimum 2 years as an extrusion operator (preferably in food, cereals, and snacks). Knowledge: Familiarity with control panels and understanding of thermal processes.
