Responsibilities * **Implement, Coordinate, and Review** compliance with guidelines and activities for Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operations, working with bottlers and distribution centers to optimize specifications, reduce costs, and meet parameters established by the Packaging Department. * **Advise and Lead** regional innovation for Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operations, conducting analysis, development, and implementation of new packaging materials and/or application techniques that deliver comprehensive benefits—reducing total product cost while safeguarding quality, integrity, safety, sustainability, and functionality. * **Collaborate** with the Packaging Department Head to implement new sustainable materials and/or applications across the packaging systems of Beverage and BOKADOS operations in Mexico, proactively anticipating applicable business regulations and ensuring continuous improvement in packaging materials. * **Collaborate and Advise**, jointly with the Packaging Department Head, the Corporate Negotiations team to define packaging specifications for each Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operation. * **Train, Develop, and Advise** technical management and supply chain teams across Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operations to autonomously and efficiently achieve departmental objectives, assuming responsibilities that ensure individual and team success. * **Apply and Monitor** packaging specification standards established by the Packaging Department Head for each packaging item used in Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operations. * **Audit** packaging suppliers’ production plants serving Beverage Mexico and BOKADOS operations semiannually—or at any frequency defined by the Mexico Packaging Department Head.
