Job Summary: PAVISA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of innovative and sustainable products, managing projects from conception to delivery for domestic and international clients. PAVISA is a Mexican company with over 70 years in the market, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of high-value glass products for domestic and international clients in the wine, spirits, perfume, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries. We seek your talent as a Project Manager **Position Requirements** * Age 27–35 * Advanced English (mandatory) * Industrial Designer (preferred), Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Administration * 2 years of experience in industrial design, project leadership, or project administration **Tools and Software:** \- 3D modeling software * SolidWorks (optional) * Adobe Creative Suite * Microsoft Office * CRM (knowledge and experience preferred) **Key Skills:** * Industrial design and product development * Team leadership and collaboration * Effective communication and presentation skills * Problem analysis and conflict resolution * Project planning and management * Computer skills (computer-aided design, 3D modeling, etc.) * Critical thinking and problem solving * Stress tolerance and ability to work under deadlines **Objectives:** \- Development of new innovative and sustainable products. * Gather necessary information to manage project integration and development. * Monitor and support projects jointly with relevant departments from development through first manufacturing and delivery. * Lead design and development teams. * Expand expertise in emerging technologies. * Contribute to the company’s growth and success.
