Job Summary: Diltex Brands is seeking a Technical Designer to create precise patterns, ensure garment quality and fit, and manage prototype development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prototype development and analysis. 2. Fit and proportion validation of garments. 3. Creation of precise patterns for garment manufacturing. We are looking for talent as: Technical Designer Primary Objective: Create precise patterns for garment manufacturing, ensuring quality and fit across all sizes—from concept through internal production. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge and experience with pattern-making software - Residence near Tizayuca RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor assigned performance indicators to achieve established objectives. - Develop and analyze the prototype creation process, fulfilling tech pack requirements. - Define technical specifications for the “one-size-fits-all” (OSFA) sample, including preliminary information and grading of patterns. - Conduct fit tests across all sizes to validate garment fit and proportion. - Release and approve new developments, including all technical documentation.
