




Fleet Administrative Assistant (Uber) **Job Objective:** Ensure fleet operational continuity through rigorous documentation control, rent collection, and logistical management of vehicles, guaranteeing that all vehicles are always ready and compliant for work. General Information * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Location:** Bosques de Aragon. Main Responsibilities * Maintain daily/weekly payment records for each driver’s rent. * Track outstanding balances and perform account reconciliations. * Monitor and manage the payment schedule for **vehicle registration fees, mandatory inspections, and insurance**. * Keep updated physical and digital files for each vehicle and driver. * Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle delivery and pickup. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance appointments. * Occasional vehicle transfers (for inspections, repair shops, or home delivery if required). * Conduct visual inspections of vehicles upon delivery/pickup to report damages. Requirements and Competencies * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration/Accounting. * **Excel:** Intermediate level (use of tables, basic formulas for addition/subtraction, filters, and cell formatting). **Mandatory.** * **Driving Skills:** Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard and/or automatic vehicles. **(Preferred).** * **Soft Skills:** * High sense of responsibility and integrity. * Negotiation skills and firmness in collections. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
