Job Summary: We are seeking an Appian Developer with experience in designing and developing BPM applications, API integrations, and agile methodologies within the financial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Design and develop BPM and Case Management applications using Appian. 2. Implement integrations with internal and external systems via APIs. 3. Collaborate using agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe). Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Appian Developer Conversational English required Position based in Querétaro (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hybrid Work Model · Technical Requirements Proven experience as an Appian Developer. Solid knowledge of: Appian Process Models SAIL Interfaces and Expression Rules Records, Data Types, and Security Groups Integrations via REST/SOAP APIs Relational database and SQL management. Experience with SDLC, version control, and deployments. Knowledge of information security best practices. Experience in banking or financial sector (preferred). · Responsibilities Design and develop BPM and Case Management applications using the Appian Platform. Configure Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Forms, Records, Rules, and Reports. Implement integrations with internal systems and external applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in functional and technical requirements analysis alongside business and architecture teams. Apply low-code development, performance, and security best practices. Execute unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities. Document technical and functional solutions according to corporate standards. Collaborate under agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Software Factory models. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and internal controls. · Preferred Qualifications Appian Associate or Senior Developer certification. Prior experience at Banco Santander or within a Software Factory. Knowledge of SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
