Main Responsibilities: Document management, control, and archiving. Preparation of reports, letters, memoranda, and other administrative documents. Telephone and email correspondence handling. Assistance in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal activities. Data entry and database updates. Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative degree (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent spelling and writing skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Proactive attitude and service orientation.
