Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** $23,000–$25,000 MXN monthly, free of statutory benefits \+ additional benefits * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. **What We Are Looking For?** * 2–4 years of experience as: Network Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Analyst, Cisco Analyst, Network and Security Consultant, Network Help Desk, Network and Security Service Desk, or NOC Engineer. * 2–3 years of experience with dynamic routing protocols (EBGP/BGP, ISIS, EIGRP, OSPF); network support and configuration (TCP/IP, Port\-Channel, VPC, Spanning Tree, RADIUS, and other network devices — switches, routers), routing, VLANs, Wi\-Fi, Internet protocols (IPv4/IPv6\), Software\-Defined Networking (SDN). * 2 years of experience with monitoring platforms such as: Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, Monitor, Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Dynatrace, or others. * 1–2 years of experience with network analysis tools such as Wireshark, Splunk, Nmap, Burp. * Familiarity with ticketing systems like Remedy, System Center, SolarWinds, Nagios, Tivoli, etc. * Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), critical-to-quality (CTQ) indicators, and service reporting (KPI dashboards). * Management of dependencies such as Active Directory, RMS, Policies, DNS, DHCP, Data Packets, etc. * Experience managing documentation and processes aligned with ISO, ITIL, or COBIT best practices. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * NOC SOC Networks, cabling, network infrastructure * Monitoring: PRTG, SNMP, FW, Wi\-Fi * Access Point, Router, Switch * LAN, WAN, WLAN, Wireless, Ticketing * Access Point, Network Equipment *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cc5c3c3800002500ec6716\&source\=indeed*
