




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement strategy, optimize costs, and manage suppliers for a water treatment company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages budget and reduces procurement costs. 2. Leads and develops the procurement team. 3. Negotiates contracts and evaluates suppliers. We are a Mexican company dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs through our extensive expertise in water treatment, automation, reverse osmosis, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and other related services. We are seeking: PROCUREMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: Currently reside in Cancún. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Valid driver’s license. Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience leading a team. Effective communication skills. Advanced English proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the annual procurement budget by implementing cost-reduction initiatives and analyzing variances. Analyze market conditions and supplier trends to identify opportunities. Develop procurement policies and procedures to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance. Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers and strategic partners. Supervise and evaluate supplier performance using key indicators such as quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team by assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and strengthening competencies in negotiation, supplier management, and procurement systems. Design and execute the procurement strategy to ensure availability of materials and services, optimize costs, and develop suppliers. Ensure regulatory compliance in procurement activities, maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness. Generate KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
