NIGHT SHIFT COORDINATOR – EVENT SETUP Job Description: A leading event setup and production company is seeking a Night Shift Coordinator responsible for supervising and ensuring the correct execution of setups during the night shift, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, safety standards, and service quality. Responsibilities: Supervise operational staff during nighttime setups. Coordinate loading, unloading, and placement of furniture and equipment. Verify compliance with layouts and client requirements. Ensure proper use of equipment and tools. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding material availability. Report progress, incidents, and setup status. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor attendance of night-shift personnel. Track setup and teardown timelines. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event setup, logistics, or related fields. Experience managing operational staff. Availability to work night shifts. Knowledge of tent, furniture, and equipment setup (preferred). Basic Excel or reporting skills. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
