Job stability and direct hiring **JOB OFFERING** **Position:** Security Supervisor **Location:** Allure Condos in Puerto Cancún **Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper functioning of the condominium’s security operations, guaranteeing the protection of residents, visitors, staff, facilities, and common property through compliance with protocols, instructions, and access controls. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school diploma (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years in security supervision. * Experience in condominiums or hotels. **Knowledge** * Access control. * Personnel management. * Security and emergency protocols. * Report and logbook preparation. * Basic computer and radio communication skills. **Working Conditions** * Availability to rotate shifts. * Operational and administrative work. * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours if required. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company * Complimentary uniforms * Job stability Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
