* **Responsibilities:** Responsible for carrying out all assigned maintenance and repair work orders in accordance with established standards of quality, timeliness, safety, and aesthetics, efficiently and promptly fulfilling job duties. * Ensures availability of necessary tools and materials to perform duties and is responsible for their proper use, as well as for following established procedures and safety regulations required to prevent accidents. * Performs all scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the hotel, as directed by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the quality, timeliness, safety, and aesthetic standards established for each case. * Verifies and records pending tasks in the corresponding logbook.
