This is a hands\-on technical leadership position which includes developing full\-stack technologies while managing, leading, and developing an international engineering team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Leads, directs, and manages the Engineering Team including its strategic, tactical, and operational activities. * Coordinates, leads, and actively participates throughout the entire lifecycle of all Engineering projects, including technical requirements gathering, resource allocation, design and documentation, scheduling, development, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support. * Collaborates closely and regularly with the other teams, including Project Management, Data and Quality, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer Service. * Designs, develops, and maintains core technology strategy, architecture, and code, and leads other engineers by example. * Helps develop, maintain, and enforce the company's software development tools and standards, and conducts design and code reviews on a regular basis to improve quality and ensure compliance. **Qualifications and Skills** * 10\+ years of experience in software development, specifically with full stack web application development in JavaScript, Typescript, and Serverless Framework. * Solid experience programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node. * Ability to influence key stakeholders and implement effective change management. * Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to give and receive feedback in a startup environment. * Ability to discuss and explain system architecture and component design. **Bonus Skills:** * Experience with Salesforce Development and Integration * Experience with Loan Management Systems or Financial System Development and Integration **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
