Main responsibilities: * Assist in the analysis and validation of information within internal systems. * Prepare operational and follow-up reports. * Document processes and create support manuals. * Provide support in handling and routing first-level incidents. * Collaborate on administrative and organizational tasks within the department. * Requirements: * Graduate of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Knowledge of Excel. * Possession of Tax Status Certificate.
