




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist in technology, networks, and computer equipment to provide assistance to customers and internal staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Specialized technical support in technology, networks, and computer equipment 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, software diagnostics 3. Assistance to staff and customers (on-site and remote) We are a wholesaler with over 8 years of technological experience. The position we are seeking is to provide technical support to company staff and customers requiring such support, specialized in technology, networks, and computer equipment. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Updating, corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, software diagnostics and support. (Desktops and laptops) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \- Providing assistance to staff. \- On-site and remote support. \- Data backup for computer equipment. \- Cloning and migration. \- Configuration of multifunction devices.
