Working under pressure in an environment of ethics and responsibility **Position Description:** *In our* ***domestic and international logistics company****, tariff classification is a critical point for the legal and tax security of each operation.* *We seek a* ***Tariff Classifier*** *with strong technical judgment, capable of analyzing goods, justifying decisions before authorities, and reducing risks such as fines, corrections, and PAMA.* Key Responsibilities: * Assign tariff classifications in accordance with the TIGIE and the Harmonized System. * Verify and apply Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions. * Correctly determine foreign trade contributions. * Provide technical support to traffic, customs valuation, and customs clearance departments. * Substantiate classification criteria during audits and before authorities. Technical Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in tariff classification. * Prior experience in a customs brokerage or freight forwarding firm is desirable. * Knowledge of TIGIE, General Rules, Customs Law, and Non-Tariff Regulatory and Restrictive Measures (RRNA).
