**Position Summary** Location: Cancún Company: Nestlé Professional Schedule: Full-time Education: Completed Bachelor's degree **Job Mission:** Ensure the execution and control of commercial and technical plans for the region under your responsibility, and manage company resources to achieve business unit objectives. Manage, administer, train, and develop your human team. Ensure compliance with asset control processes in the system, maintenance planning, corrective action handling, installations, and removals of company assets within your scope of control. **A Day in the Life of...*** Plan, execute, and monitor annual, monthly, and weekly plans for the region under your responsibility. * Execute the machine growth plan * Ensure proper implementation of marketing communication strategies (POP) * Ensure correct use of the BMB system and guarantee data accuracy. * Ensure correct use of the route management system and guarantee data accuracy. * Coordinate, evaluate, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installations and removals, as well as efficient use of logical routing. * Ensure asset control (Vending Machines) via loan agreements based on established processes, correct completion of documentation, and secure storage during asset assignment to a client. * Plan, coordinate, and ensure implementation of your team’s training plan in coordination with HR. Provide, promote, and deliver training to operators, sales representatives, specialized technicians, and Nescafé OOH staff jointly with equipment suppliers. * Supervise that technical workshops and warehouses within your scope operate according to production plans, and that storage and control of business assets comply with good practices. * Plan and manage procurement of machines, tools, spare parts, supplies, and materials to meet operational needs under your responsibility. **What Will Make You Successful*** Completed Bachelor's degree * Personnel management experience * Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and electronics * Field maintenance experience * Knowledge of coffee vending machines (not mandatory) * Customer service and follow-up
