




Job Summary: Supervises vacation rental properties, attends to guests, manages reservations, ensures compliance with standards, and promotes complementary services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of vacation rental properties and guest service. 2. Supervision of quality standards and resolution of incidents. 3. Promotion of services and coordination with providers. Vacation Rental Company: * Prepare property inspection checklists for assigned locations. Collect payments for direct reservations and extensions of stays at assigned locations and prepare the corresponding report for submission to Administration. Respond clearly, accurately, and promptly to inquiries and concerns from on-site guests and potential guests. Meet position performance metrics. Supervise and implement company and position policies, standards, and procedures. Report deviations from standards identified at properties to the relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, etc.). Continuously supervise that all properties provide required elements, services, and amenities per company standards and as advertised across all sales channels, and take necessary actions for timely replenishment, repair, or restoration of issues/failures detected during monitoring. Resolve guest disputes in person or via platforms and other electronic means. Promote and sell complementary services. Coordinate and schedule complementary services with external providers. Coordinate with condominium property management teams. Timely submission of upcoming reservation information, access codes, wristbands, condominium rules, etc. Remain consistently visible and available to guests at assigned locations.
