Seguritech is looking for your talent to join as: Radio Communications Support Technician Profile Requirements * **Minimum Academic Background:** University Superior Technician (TSU), Technical Degree, or Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Radio Communications, Information Technologies or related). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in maintenance and installation of radio communication equipment (vehicle-mounted, base radios, and portable units). * **Desired Knowledge:** Professional radio communication systems (Digital and/or Conventional, TETRA protocol optional). * **Certifications:** Height Work Course (up to 60 meters, DC3 optional). * **Driver's License:** Valid (ability to drive standard/automatic vehicles). * **Availability:** To travel within the state of Guanajuato and occasionally to other states in the country. Responsibilities * **Ticket Management (SLAs):** Tracking tickets to meet customer service level agreements. * **Maintenance:** Preventive, corrective, and service for radio communication equipment (on-site and remote). * **Support:** On-site and remote support during early hours (in case of incidents) and weekend on-call duty (according to schedule). * **Reporting and Control:** Generating reports (Google Suite: Excel, Docs, Presentations), equipment tracking and control (delivery to client and warranty returns). * **Logistics:** Monthly request of supplies from warehouse for maintenance. * **Tools:** Use of tools and measurement equipment (Multimeter, pencil-type soldering iron, UTP tester, wattmeter optional). **We Offer:** **\- Salary:** $18,000 MXN gross monthly \- **Biweekly payments** \- **Statutory benefits** \- **Job stability** \- **Continuous learning** in the field * **Location:** Field work (Based in the State of Guanajuato) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM.
