Job Summary: We are seeking an Automatic Stitching Development Analyst/Production Area/Leather Goods to develop and digitize stitching segments on automatic machines, optimizing processes and ensuring quality. Opportunity for development in automation We are looking for an **Automatic Stitching Development Analyst/Production Area/Leather Goods**, responsible for developing and digitizing stitching segments on automatic machines, contributing to the optimization of assembly processes and ensuring compliance with quality and production standards. If you have experience working with **automatic stitching machines and model development in assembly processes**, this opportunity may be for you. ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and digitize stitching segments for automatic machines. * Program automatic sewing machines according to model specifications. * Conduct development tests using materials to validate the production process. * Coordinate with modeling, cutting, and quality departments for segment release. * Train operators on proper use of automatic machines. * Analyze feasibility of automation for new models. * Ensure proper operation of assigned machines. ### **Requirements:** * Technical degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field * Experience in **sample development or assembly processes**. * Knowledge of **model digitization**. * Basic proficiency in **AutoCAD** (preferred). * CNC router programming/CAM software * Flexible availability, as this is a shift-based role (morning and afternoon shifts) ### **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for development in automation processes If you are interested in participating in the **development and optimization of automatic stitching processes**, we invite you to apply and join our team.
