Opportunity for supervision in the supervisor's absence **Job Description** ------------------------- Execute finished product dispatch, ensuring dispatch of specified quantities and products to destinations (customers or UNs), while meeting loading schedules and supporting the national security strategy. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Answering phone calls from internal and external customers. * Receiving monetary income: cash, checks, bank card payments, handover to cash collection personnel. * Shift reconciliation for cement and multi-product inflows and outflows. * Document control: scanning delivery notes, sending physical delivery notes to accounts receivable, handling provisional documents, return forms, weighing tickets, etc. * Preparing cement and multi-product reports: daily shipments, inventories, dwell times, production volumes. * Preparing railway documentation. * Implementing and monitoring road safety: express checklists, risk route sheets, driver logbooks. * In the supervisor’s absence, assign tasks to technical staff and oversee operations. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Direct interaction with operators * Shift reconciliation * Customer interaction * Supervision of operator logbooks **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Industrial Engineering * Engineering (various disciplines) * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting * English language proficiency: B1 level or higher Required Experience: * Dispatch experience * Customer service experience in cement and multi-product dispatch processes.
