Job Summary: Manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns to maximize customer return on investment (ROI), leveraging advanced ad platforms and analytics. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, PMax) Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) TikTok Ads (where applicable) Define campaign structures, audiences, keywords, bids, and budgets. Implement and validate tracking: Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 Pixels and conversion events Monitor and optimize KPIs: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages. Identify scaling opportunities and cost-reduction levers. Prepare clear, technical, and actionable reports for clients and leadership. Collaborate with design, content, and account teams to improve performance. Follow internal processes, naming conventions, and Netcommerce standards. Technical Requirements: Proven experience in digital advertising campaign management. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory). Strong knowledge of: GA4 Google Tag Manager Conversions, events, and attribution Numerical and financial analysis skills. Experience optimizing campaigns with real budgets (not simulations). Key Skills: Analytical and results-oriented thinking. Operational discipline and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
