Today, we operate 11 branches and offer an extensive product catalog including: candies, chocolates, snacks, beverages, disposables, party supplies, piñatas, and other related items. **Job Objective:** Ensure inventory control, accuracy, and reliability across all warehouses through regular audits, turnover analysis, and strategies aimed at reducing shrinkage, expirations, and slow-moving items. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and conduct weekly warehouse inventory audits. * Audit physical inventory against system records and analyze discrepancies. * Supervise inter-warehouse transfers, internal consumption, and shrinkage. * Monitor seasonal items, expiration dates, and obsolete products. * Coordinate full-cycle inventories and execute authorized adjustments. * Analyze inventory turnover and days-on-hand to optimize stock levels. * Prepare warehouse-specific inventory reports and track key performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control (experience managing multiple branches preferred). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO/LIFO). * Availability for audits and travel. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Transportation service. * Company uniforms. * Biweekly payroll.
