Position Purpose Plan and coordinate infrastructure and urban development processes to deliver residential developments with **quality, on time, and within budget**, in accordance with technical department guidelines and corporate directives. Main Responsibilities * **Lead Execution:** Ensure supervision and execution processes for urban development works are fulfilled, implementing new techniques and systems. * **Program Management and Control:** Guarantee compliance with urban development construction schedules and completion timelines. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure completion of works within established quality standards. * **Optimization:** Implement construction controls to optimize execution timelines and manage material supplies. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Manage and obtain necessary permits and authorizations for project initiation from government agencies. Required Profile (Minimum Experience) We are seeking a professional with **5 years of experience** in each of the following areas: * Urban development procedures. * Infrastructure construction projects. * Construction control systems. * Earthwork operations. Essential Technical Skills * **Advanced Expertise:** Urban development management, knowledge of construction logs and pipe installation, regulations and urban planning. * **Software Proficiency:** AutoCAD, Enkontrol (or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. * **Engineering Knowledge:** Construction processes and topography.
