




**Commercial Prospector** **Job Objective** Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients (households, businesses, developers, architects) who may require custom carpentry services, thereby generating sales opportunities for the sales team. **Key Responsibilities** * Research and identify new potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. * Contact prospects through various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person visits). * Qualify prospects based on criteria such as need, budget, urgency, and decision-making authority. * Create and maintain an organized database of qualified leads. * Route qualified prospects to the sales team. * Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or events related to construction, design, and real estate. * Identify strategic partnerships with architects, developers, designers, or contractors. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial prospecting or sales. * Knowledge of the construction, design, or carpentry sector (preferred). * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Availability for fieldwork in León and surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Excellent income * Statutory benefits * Professional growth * Outstanding developmental work environment * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.31 – $16,607.45 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
