**Position Objective** Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically outstanding architectural proposals for premium residential projects. Provide support to the design team through high-quality 3D models, construction drawings, renders, and virtual tours. **Main Responsibilities** * Architectural design * Modeling and documentation * Visualization and presentation * Coordination and support **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. **Experience** * 1 to 2 years in an architectural firm, real estate developer, or similar environment. * Experience in premium residential design (desirable). * Construction site experience (desirable). **Technical Skills (essential)** * Proficiency in **Revit** (modeling, sheets, and coordination). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Familiarity with rendering tools: Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V\-Ray, etc. * Ability to create virtual walkthroughs. * Capability to prepare professional presentations. **Soft Skills** * Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity. * Attention to detail and technical accuracy. * Clear visual communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Other Requirements** * **Updated portfolio required** (personal or academic projects). * Availability for on-site work in León, Gto. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Quality and originality of design proposals. * Timeliness and accuracy in delivering BIM models and drawings. * Level of realism and quality in renders and walkthroughs. * Organization, cleanliness, and file management. * Adaptability, communication, and teamwork. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00am to 6:30pm * Preferably residing in the northern part of the city Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
