Available Position: Security Coordinator for Developments What Are We Looking For? We seek committed and passionate candidates eager to grow professionally and significantly contribute to the success of our current and future projects. Requirements: • Education: Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) or incomplete Bachelor’s degree. • Experience: 2 years as a Security Supervisor or in charge of security personnel. • Skills: Prior experience as a security guard or in asset protection; knowledge of risk prevention and security protocols; handling of sensitive information and operational reporting; basic administrative skills; computer and smartphone proficiency; valid driver’s license; personal vehicle; availability to work weekends and conduct site patrols across developments. Good physical condition (desirable) and good health status (desirable). Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate and supervise security team activities across developments. • Conduct and supervise preventive and reactive patrols to identify risks. • Verify compliance with security instructions, protocols, and procedures. • Maintain direct communication with emergency response lines in case of incidents. • Respond to and follow up on security incidents, reports, and patrol updates. • Supervise security booths and identify operational service needs. • Prepare daily and monthly reports on incidents, key observations, and statistics. • Analyze security risks and propose infrastructure improvements (fencing, lighting, cameras, walls). • Intervene and coordinate actions during emergencies, fires, or security incidents. • Manage backup recordings and evidence related to incidents.
