We are seeking a Production Operator (B) to join our team and play a vital role in supporting a wide range of activities related to assisting the cook in the preparation and cooking process of fruit-based and non-fruit-based cooked formulations, ensuring they meet product specifications, quality, safety, security, and time requirements defined in the formulation. What You’ll Do: Assist the cook in reviewing raw materials accumulated for formula preparation, reporting any discrepancies to the cook or supervisor to prevent traceability issues. Prepare products for addition to the kettle, ensuring they are available at the time required for formula addition. Assist in the transfer of raw materials, strictly adhering to the timing assigned by the cook and following Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality and safety. When handling allergens, it is essential to ensure proper handling to prevent cross-contamination with other products or equipment. Perform kettle purging, ensuring it is ready for the product formulation process. Carry out the verification procedure for assigned measurement equipment. Assemble the pump, paying special attention to filter assembly as it is a critical control point; ensure correct assembly of the metal detector suppressor with the rest of the equipment, reporting any abnormalities to the cook or supervisor.
