Infrastructure quality supervision and delivery **INTELLIGENT REAL ESTATE SERVICES, S.C. is seeking a CIVIL AND HYDROSANITARY ENGINEER for El Molino Residential & Golf - León, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Hydrosanitary Coordinator**, responsible for coordinating the development of civil and hydrosanitary projects in compliance with current regulations, thereby guaranteeing the proper functioning of earthworks, pavements, hydrosanitary networks, and other applicable civil works elements for development projects. **WE OFFER:** Fixed salary. * Benefits EXCEEDING statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings box * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–6 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of and up-to-date familiarity with regulations applicable to civil and hydrosanitary engineering. * Proficiency in software such as Office, Projet, Opus, and AutoCAD. * Willingness to travel. * Leadership skills, personnel management, teamwork, and customer service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate civil and hydrosanitary project implementation through review, approval, and enforcement of current regulations. * Validate projects with the Project Coordinator, Civil Works and Installations Manager, and Design Manager. * Liaise with various departments within your area to obtain project authorizations and execute implementation. * Deliver projects to the Construction Department, resolving queries and omissions. * Coordinate with the Construction Department to address change orders, providing necessary information. * Assist in tender preparation, ensuring complete information submission by the Budgetary Control Department. * Supervise contractors to ensure work quality, complying with regulations, specifications, and quality standards. * Deliver infrastructure for urbanized condominiums to the operating agency. * Modify and adjust projects as required, and manage change orders. **LOCATION:** León, Guanajuato, northern zone.
