




Capital Empresarial Horizonte, Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: **L3 Support Engineers / with experience in banking / investment banking** **Conversational English required** **On-site work at offices in CDMX or Guadalajara — 100% in-person** We are looking for trained and experienced engineers with **strong L3 support capabilities**, to join our front-office L3 support team. This role involves **diagnosing issues, providing support, fixing bugs, and optimizing existing systems**, while simultaneously ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability. **Requirements (Junior profiles: 2–4 years of experience; Senior profiles: 5–8 years of experience):** **Mandatory requirements:** * **Experience in banking / investment banking (mandatory).** * Strong programming and debugging skills, plus communication abilities. * Experience in L2 and L3 application support, as well as development experience—preferably between 4 and 10 years. * Technical skills: experience with any object-oriented programming language (Java, C++, Python, AWS Cloud). * Automating manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk. * **Participation in on-call rotations and responding to incidents as needed** * Must be comfortable debugging API calls, writing quality-of-life snippets for clients, and creating scripts for debugging tools. * Basic knowledge of UI and API integration is required. **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
