Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Workshop Assistant to fabricate and adjust tooling, ensuring compliance with the quality management system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tooling fabrication and adjustment 2. Tooling and fixture maintenance 3. Participation in continuous improvement **MECHANICAL WORKSHOP ASSISTANT** **1\.\- Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Training:** Fanuc control; On-machine programming; Interpretation of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances for mechanical part manufacturing; Setup of cutting tools, parameters, and measuring devices on CNC lathes. **Skills:** Teamwork and ability to work under pressure, interpersonal skills, knowledge of machining processes, fabrication of cutting tools per specifications, support to production operators, gauge fabrication. **Experience:** 3 years in this position. **2\.\- Objective:** To carry out tooling fabrication or adjustments in accordance with the quality management system and specifically the quality policy. **3\.\- Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\- Sharpening and machining of tooling and fixtures. 2\- Maintenance of tooling, clamping fixtures, and machine components. 3\- Participation in continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
