**Quality Supervisor (DMR / Defective Material)** **Location:** FINSA 1 Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León **Department:** Quality **Salary:** **Up to $35,000 MXN gross monthly salary + benefits exceeding statutory requirements** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality Supervisor (DMR / Defective Material)** to lead the control and tracking of non-conforming materials. **DMR (Defective Material Review)** is the process responsible for **reviewing, controlling, and tracking defective materials**, ensuring their repair, return to supplier, or disposal—thereby preventing impacts on production and end customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the DMR department and its daily operations. * Supervise defective materials, rework activities, and returns to suppliers. * Manage physical inventories and system-based inventory movements. * Generate performance reports for the DMR department. * Coordinate the operational team and ensure adherence to priorities. * Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality departments. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. **Required Qualifications** * Completed degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience in quality, manufacturing, inventory management, or technical warehousing. * ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred). * **Intermediate English** for basic work-related conversations. * **Valid U.S. travel visa** (mandatory). * Willingness to travel for training purposes.
