This role is key to ensuring **excellence in commercial execution** and the proper implementation of strategies in the **retail channel**, guaranteeing compliance with standards and field team development. **Fleet Supervisor \- Sales (DTS)** --------------------------------------- **Location:** Autlán de Navarro – Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes breakfast and lunch breaks) A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO APPLY As a **Fleet Supervisor \- Sales (DTS)**, you will lead a secondary fleet of approximately **22 sales representatives**, ensuring goal achievement, proper route operations, and **digitalization of processes** at the point of sale. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and accompany the team in the field, visiting stores within assigned routes. * Review sales invoices, goal attainment, and returns. * Implement sales strategies and action plans to improve performance. * Evaluate in-store execution under the concept of **"Perfect Store"**, ensuring proper product display and protocol compliance. * Support training, certification, and development of sales representatives. * Participate in interviews with pre-screened candidates. * Analyze daily performance data and promote **digitalization with store owners**. * Ensure compliance with operational, administrative, and safety standards. Qualifications: ### **Who We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). * **Valid driver's license** (mandatory; standard transmission). * Proven experience in **sales and/or distribution**. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (on-site). * Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems. * Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. * Leadership, initiative, and ambition for professional growth.
