### **Title:** **Líder Técnico Fullstack \| Technology Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / SQL / AWS)** ### **Location:** **Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL, and MTY)** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Full Stack Developer** to join a strategic Supply Chain Fulfillment Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, React, SQL, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS), with a proven ability to build scalable, high\-performance applications. ### **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 8\+ years of experience in software development. * Strong hands\-on experience with **.NET 6\+** (preferably .NET 8\). * Proficiency in **React.js** or **Next.js** for building modern front\-end applications. * Excellent **SQL skills**, including writing optimized queries, joins, indexes, and performance\-tuned database objects. * Exposure to **cloud platforms**, preferably **AWS** (Azure is acceptable), including components for compute, serverless, data stores, and traffic management. * Experience building and consuming **RESTful APIs**. * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. ### **Nice to Have:** * Experience with gRPC or GraphQL APIs. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). * Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross\-functional teams. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using .NET 6\+. * Build responsive and reusable front\-end components using React.js or Next.js. * Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for performance. * Collaborate with backend and data teams to ensure seamless integration. * Implement cloud\-native solutions using AWS (or Azure) services. * Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards. * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. * Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
