




Job Description and Responsibilities * Responsible for validating new, transferred, repaired, and/or modified mold processes based on scientific molding. * Analyzes process performance and proposes improvements to make processes more robust and efficient. * Optimizes injection molding processes using statistical tools to reduce scrap and increase efficiency. * To successfully perform this position, experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word word processing software is required. * Collaborates with the Tooling team to evaluate molds, propose corrective actions, and track implementation. * Participates in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (5S, KAIZEN, DMAIC, SPC, etc.).
