Job Summary: We are seeking an analyst with a master's degree to extract, analyze, and validate information, interpret statistical data, and prepare reports—aiming to identify solutions and improve processes for the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and validation of information processed in systems. 2. Problem resolution and root cause identification. 3. Preparation of reports and project evaluation. Intermediate proficiency in Office. Proficiency in Office suite. Database management (SQL and PostgreSQL). Interpretation of statistical data. Basic knowledge of flowcharting. Fundamental programming knowledge. Time management. • Extract, analyze, and validate information processed in systems. • Analyze various issues that arise to identify their causes and propose solutions based on internal policies. • Research, process, and interpret information to prepare reports, ensuring delivery complies with established guidelines. • Analyze processes to establish information analysis models that support achieving departmental and corporate objectives. • Conduct analysis and evaluation of assigned projects to develop conclusions and recommendations for management regarding value generation for the company. • Identify incidents requiring escalation to the next level of support and jointly follow up with the manager to resolve them as soon as possible. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Master's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: analyst, system
