Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop and implement analytical solutions, lead multidisciplinary projects, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders We are looking for a Data Scientist! · Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. -Minimum 2 years of experience developing and implementing analytical solutions in production environments (ML, statistical models, simulation, or optimization). -Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis and manipulation of large volumes of data. -Strong understanding of the Data Science lifecycle (discovery, modeling, validation, and deployment). -Experience leading or participating in projects with multidisciplinary teams. -Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders and executive leadership. -Advanced / fluent English (Intermediate level). · Desirable: -Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field. -Experience with C, Java, or C++. -Experience using modeling platforms. -Experience with Tableau or other BI tools. -Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms. -Residence in Culiacán, Sin. · Responsibilities -Participate in the development of data science and analytics solutions from requirements gathering through deployment. -Conduct data discovery, extraction, and analysis for the development of analytical models. -Develop, prototype, evaluate, and implement models in production environments. -Lead and coordinate project execution with multidisciplinary technical teams. -Communicate results, analyses, and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders. -Provide innovative ideas and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. -Support new initiatives while maintaining and enhancing existing solutions. · We Offer: Attractive salary.
