Professional work environment We are hiring! – Senior Developer At Guarderías El Encanto, a private company dedicated to daycare center administration in Sinaloa, we are looking for a professional to lead our technology area and contribute to the organization's digital transformation. With presence in Sinaloa: Culiacán, Mazatlán, and Los Mochis On-site mode in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Job Objective: Lead and execute the organization's technological evolution by managing assets and developing customized software modules to automate critical processes, ensure operational continuity, and enhance technical efficiency within the business model. Key Responsibilities: • Manage technological infrastructure and ensure its security through cybersecurity protocols. • Develop and deploy scalable software modules for the institutional platform to automate workflows. • Integrate systems via APIs. • Manage backups and disaster recovery plans. • Oversee technical incidents and user support. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
